The KRAFTON Localization Team is a tight-knit team that aspires to deliver the fun and value of KRAFTON’s
unique lineup of games across diverse genres to all our global players. What we do is not merely translation,
but recreation of content to ensure that every player feels as if our content was c reated for them in their
native language. We’re passionate about transcreating our experiences into the languages our players speak.
Localization at KRAFTON is centered around linguistic excellence, high-end technology, and a successful
balance of speedy content creation and quality. We are looking for someone to join us who is highly
motivated with a passion for delivering high-quality localized games. To be successful in this position, you
must be a self-starter who can stay curious and creative and grow through challenges.

Our localization producers are in charge of all the localization-related tasks necessary to produce high-quality localized content including project management, translation, LQA, etc.
As a new member of the Localization Producer Part, you will be responsible for the following:
- Hands-on translation and editing tasks
- Developing and maintaining positive business relationships with all stakeholders
- Analyzing game content and developing localization strategies
- Planning and managing end-to-end localization projects, collaborating cross-functionally with other team
- members and vendors to define requirements and manage timelines
- Scheduling localization projects and defining resources needed
- Providing localization guidelines, reference materials, training, and support for partners
- (vendors and translators)
- Monitoring the ongoing quality of localization delivered through vendors/publishers/partners
- Driving initiatives to foster innovation within strategic areas of focus such as localization process
- optimization, translation memory (data), vendor management, localization quality, LQA (build testing),
- and CAT tools
- Analyzing current pain points in workflows and actively providing recommendations for practical solutions

- 3+ years of relevant experience in game localization (or localization) as project management
- and/or LQA specialist
- Self-motivated, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- General knowledge of internationalization and localization
- Experience with CAT tools and localization technology in general
- Strong analytical skills: understanding, simplifying, and solving problems
- A passion for video games and the art of localization
- Fluency in Korean and English
